Griddle recipes are the best kinds of recipes (and not just for breakfast). Why? Because we say so, that’s why! 
No, really though. We love griddle recipes. They’re amazing. There’s just something about cooking things on a griddle that makes them taste delicious. Griddles give food such a wonderful golden-brown color and they make treats extra fluffy.
Confession: We can’t make pancakes without a griddle. We just won’t do it. They just don’t taste the same. Pancake recipes and griddle recipes should be one in the same because they’re practically made for each other.
While pancakes are usually a breakfast staple, they’re totally appropriate to eat for dessert too! After all, there’s no rule against eating pancakes for dessert or a late night snack.
